Carriers
We use the US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx and select the most economical way for your order to ship. Prices cannot be determined until the order is in its final packaging so that weight, shape and destination can all be taken into consideration to determine the cost. If you have an account # with a particular carrier that you would like to use, please let us know. Here are, however, some general guidelines:

Small orders (less than 10 units): usually USPS First Class Mail (5-10 business days)
Medium orders: usually USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Large format (11x14 and larger): usually USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Heavy orders (100+ units): usually UPS ground (varies according to zones)
Minimum shipping fee: $4.95.
3rd Party Drop Ship: $2 per address.

Packaging
We take the utmost care in packaging your order. We take into account many factors: size, shape, weight, distance, time in transit, and yes, even weather! We invest in sturdier boxes, heavier tubes and thicker internal packaging just to make sure that the chance of something being damaged is minimized.
Turnaround Time
Orders leave our lab 24-48 hours after we receive them, with very few exceptions. Possible exceptions are: order requires our “intervention” (technical advice, referral, etc), payment problem (credit card delay) or during extremely busy days (day before holiday closings, etc) it may be delayed.
If you have delayed submitting your order and have put yourself in a time crunch, you may request a Rush Order at the time of your order. If possible, a Rush Order means we stop the machines, put your work at the head of the queue and put all hands on deck to get your order out first. This is a drastic move that is extremely expensive. In addition to 100% rush fee, most carriers will charge upwards of $50-$150 to overnight a package. Rarely is it worth it to pay overnight shipping fees since most orders ship out within 24 hours anyway!
Insurance Fees
When a package leaves our hands, we have no control over its handling and will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs. All-Star digital charges a nominal insurance fee based upon the package value to cover loss/damage of your package. To opt-out and accept 100% liability in the case of any damage/loss, we must receive a signed waiver from you at the time of your order. If you opt-out and your order is damaged or lost, you will be required to place a new order at your expense to replace the original one.

Tracking your Shipment
Once a label is generated for an order, the unique tracking info is e-mailed directly to the photographer. This lets you know that the package has left our custody and has moved onto the carrier and puts the power to track a package into your hands. If you wish to check the progress of a package, you simply click on the tracking information provided by the carrier. Any questions regarding a package’s progress should be directed to the carrier handling the package.
